    Sometimes this can be a challenge, especially if your coming from work, but dressing comfortably sets you up to be a little more relaxed going into your massage.

    This may seem pretty self explanatory, but if you want to get your full time on the table, please arrive on time.

  • Let Us Know What Ails You

    Speak to your therapist before hand and let them know what is bothering you. This will allow them to create a customized massage, and you will get the most benefit.

  • Undress And Unwind

    You will have the opportunity to get undressed to your comfort level. Once you are comfortable just lie down on the table and enjoy your session.

  • Communicate With Your Therapist

    This is so important. Let your therapist know how your feeling throughout the massage. If you want them to focus on a certain area, or you want a firmer pressure, or even softer pressure, just let them know

  • Breathe

    Now your body will naturally do this anyway, but remember to breathe especially when they hit your sore spots.

A hydromassage is similar to a massage, but instead of a therapist working with you, you will have powerful water jets washing the stress away.

This is great for folks that do not like the idea of massage, don’t like being touched, or even if you have a little less time but still want your muscles worked.

We also like to accompany a hydromassage with a massage to loosen the muscles first. This allows the therapist to spend more time working the muscles and less time preparing the muscles to be worked.
